Heather Torney
Heather is a long time veteran of summer madness. She started coming to the festival as a young person in 1999 and has only missed one SM ever since! She is in the process of planting Wellspring Vineyard in Banbridge, a town in which she has been a youth worker for many years. Alongside church planting, Heather works at Belfast School of Theology as well. In her free time she can be found at the beach paddleboarding or drinking tea & eating Battenberg cake!
Dan Blythe
Dan is the Global Youth Director for Alpha, working alongside young people and Youth leaders to inspire, innovate and support the mission of Alpha to reach young people with the gospel around the world. Dan studied at C3 Bible College in Australia, specialising in Youth Ministry, and on his return to the UK, he worked as a Youth Pastor and served as the Youth and Young Adults Pastor and the Creative Team Pastor at Hillsong Church, London.

Josh has recently set up Gen Zeal to encourage and embrace a new movement of passionate faith amongst young people. He has been Youth Director for 24-7 Prayer and headed up Youth at Wildfires Festival. For 14 years Josh helped lead Evangelistic mission bands Twelve24 & Social Beingz at The Message Trust and later through their own organisation. They had the privilege of preaching the gospel to hundreds of thousands of young people around the world.
Josh attends Ramp Church in Manchester and lives in Stockport with his wife Emma and 3 wonderful kids: Liberty, Simeon, and Halle-Rose
Jafeth and Sifra Bekx
What can we say ! Jafeth an Sifra were such a blessing to us in 2024. Their passion, musical ability and connection with the young people at the festival was superb. We just had to bring them back over from the Netherlands again - their ministry of leading us into an experience of authentic worship and encounter with the Holy Spirit was immense and we are so looking forward to having them join us again in 2025.
