WHEN YOU APPLY

You’ll need to complete:

A) Please complete the actual SM staff application and the Access NI form; sign and return them to me at the freepost address below.  The 'Access NI' form needs to be filled in using black ink; and we like to get this sent off as quickly as possible since this aspect of the process can take several weeks to complete.

B) Collecting the relevant references can also take some time but we generally leave this for you to pursue ! Please print off the Reference Request Form (twice) and give it to your two referees, asking them to fill it in and send back to us as soon as possible. You might want to check with them regularly that they have indeed returned them to us :-)

C) We also need a photograph - and it is much easier for us if you can email it, but an actual print will also work…we just mightn't be able to get it back to you. Any size will do but we're looking for a clear head and shoulders shot. This will be used for your staff pass.
